8/2009: placed fifth in the Men's Trail Pleasure Class at the United Mountain Horse World Grand Championship in Winchester, Ky.8/8/2009 - UMH Summer Celebration at Winchester, Ky: Placed first in UMH Country Trail Pleasure, placed first in Pro-Am Country Trail Pleasure, and placed third in Mares Trail Pleasure.
7/18/2009 - Tennessee State Championships, Placed third in Ladies' Open Trail Pleasure, Placed third in Non Pro Trail Pleasure, White Pines, Tennessee.
7/17/2009 - Great Smokey Mountain Championship, placed second, Mares' Trail Pleasure , White Pines, Tennessee.
7/4 2009 - placed fifth in UMH Ladies' Trail Pleasure, Winchester, Ky.
7/3 and 7/7 2009 - Kentucky State Championships, placed first in UMH Mares' Trail Pleasure and third in Ladies' Auxiliary Trail Pleasure.
6/18/2009 - placed third twice in Trail Pleasure and fifth in UMH Mares' Trail Pleasure, Bourbon County Horse Show, Paris, Ky.
On June 6, Highland's Poudre Lyric won Reserve World Grand Champion at the UMH Stidham Memorial in Stanton, Kentucky.
On May 29 and May 30, Highland's Poudre Lyric placed second three times and placed fourth twice at the UMH Ladies Auxiliary Show at Prestonburg, Kentucky.
On April 4, Lyric placed sixth in Open Trail Pleasure at North Carolina Championships and
Al Prewitt Memorial, Asheville, North Carolina.
Lyric's 2008 Show Results
Lyric placed 3rd in the UMH 2-3 year old Trail Pleasure High Point.On October 19, Lyric won Reserve International Grand Champion-Open Trail Pleasure at the KMSHA International Grand Championships at Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky.
On October 14, Lyric won by unanimous decision of the judges the three year old fillies and geldings trail pleasure class at the KMSHA International Grand Championships at Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky. She also placed third in the Men's Open Trail Class on October 16th.
On September 2, Lyric placed fourth in the United Mountain Horse World Grand Championships three year old fillies trail pleasure class at Winchester, Kentucky.
On September 1, Lyric placed fourth twice in the RMHA International Grand Championships in Lexington, Kentucky--fourth place in three year old and up confirmation, and fourth place in three year old fillies trail pleasure.
On August 3, Lyric won First Place in Mares' Trail Pleasure Championships at the UMH Summer Celebration in Winchester, Ky.
On August 2, 2008 Lyric won the following classes and championships in Ohio:
1.) First place in Rocky Mountain Horse Ohio Championship 3 yr. old Trail Pleasure Class
2.) First place in Rocky Mountain Horse Ohio Championship Mares Trail Pleasure Class
3.) First place in Rocky Mountain Horse Ohio Championship Trail Pleasure Championship
4.) First place overall, Ohio Rocky Mountain Horse Charles Kilburn Championship for 3 yr. old Open Trail Pleasure.
On July 13, she placed first in the two and three year old filly Trail Pleasure Class at the Great Smokey Mountain Competition in White Pine Tennessee. That day, Lyric also won the Open Trail Pleasure Championship!!
On June 28, she again placed first in the two and three year old filly trail pleasure class at the Woodford County Mountain Horse Show in Lexington Kentucky.
On June 21, Lyric won a blue ribbon at her third lifetime show! Lyric placed first in 2 and 3 yr. old filly trail pleasure class beating 10 fillies in Lexington,KY. Lyric was ridden to victory by Mr.Charlie DeAtley.
